    • Dennis- Welcome back. Reminder that internal officer elections application are due this Friday.
    • Maritza- Spring is a busy quarter, hope wherever you go you will do great things.
      • Spring training reminder- have a good panel so incoming officers can join everyone, lunch provided. there will be expectations from the training  and you will have a guided structure or check list to help support you.

      • Equity Champion Awards- June 10th Nomintations are open . Nominate staff faculty or student.
      • Title 11 ADA compliance, ensure everything is up to date and comply. Also to ensure 3rd party resources website forms, links and everything must bo accessible.
      • 3 members of the EAC will be attending next weeks the Pathways to Equity event, from the 27th to 29th
      • Next week will be the Black Student Success Week

    2026-2027 DASG Budget Stipulations

    This item is to review and approve the 2026-2027 DASG Budget Stipulations

    Alan Ma presented the updated guidelines, highlighting changes such as requiring promotional items to include De Anza logos and clarifying account allocations. The senators approved striking item 26 and passed the updated stipulations.

    DASG Environmental Sustainability Committee Request

    This item is to discuss and approve up to $1000 (4015) for the DASG Environmental Sustainability Committee for the Earth Day event.

    Myles then presented a request from the Environmental Sustainability Committee for $1,000 to purchase boba drinks for an Earth Day event on April 22nd, explaining that the incentive was needed to encourage attendees to travel to the remote Kirsch Center location.
    • Wanpo Tea Shop to cover 150-170 attendees
    • This is a collaborative event. Students will need to participate in activities and events to recieve Boba.
