Educator, activist and artist Phavia Kujichagulia will speak about the historic socio-political origins and daily psycho-linguistic assaults of racism, while debunking the mythology of race.
Dr. Kujichagulia is a former professor of Ethnomusicology and African Civilizations at World College West and Stanford University’s Workshop on Political and Social Issues. In 2002, Sistah Kujichagulia was a member of the United States delegation to the Second World Conference Against Racism in of Barbados.
This event will be held in person and simultaneously online via Zoom.
