James welcomed everyone to the first Fall 2024 COOL meeting.

RSI Update and Training Debrief
James reviewed some of the training and feedback received from the RSI training. The response has been very positive! The Online Part 1 will go live on10/15 and Part 2 Peer Cohort will go live on 11/1.
Core Inquiries and Response Update
Gaby went over what was included for the response to the core inquiries. The document includes most information, but wanted to highlight the RSI portion.
ACCJC Interviews
The COOL committee is invited to the ACCJC interviews on Tuesday. Plan on attending to answer questions and share your experience.
Curriculum Forms
We are looking at updating the guide for Online and Hybrid curriculum forms. Attached are old guides for reference, but it is up to us to decide how we want to update them. COOL will review the forms and share feedback next meeting.
