    • LGBTQ+ Alliance approved minutes of 3/11/2026. Basketball Club seconds the motion. No objections. Motion passed.

      • Quartey check in is due by this Friday. Confirmation will be sent next week.
      • Dont forget meeting proofs after the meetings. Meetings must be on campus if meeting in-person.Online is fine.

      • We're following up on financial rosters. We've submitted, we've received some new ones. We're reviewing past ones to make sure they're still eligible, but there are quite a few clubs that have officers that are not technically eligible to be officers.If your officeer is not enrolled in classes this quarter they cannot be a club officer also if your officer is enrolled in less units than your constitution says.

    ICC Executive Updates

    • Hsu- The program committee meeting is right after this ICC Rep meeting, which is 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
    • Phoo-We're having our meeting next Monday at 1:30pm in the ICC Lounge.
    • Ethan- The Finance Committee weill be having our meeting online on Friday, 4:00pm to 5:00pm.

    ICC Calendar Updates

    • Club Day is next Thursday in the Sunken Garden
    • DASG Senate is today 4-6pm, Student Council Chambers (SCC)
    • Scholarship opportunity that is open to club leaders and officers. Deadline is this Friday April 24th.

    • LGBTQ+ club motions to approve the Budget Request for Journaling Club in the amount of $150, Shotokan Karate Club seconds. Approved

    Club Day overview

    Club Day is April 23rd (11 AM – 1 PM at the Sunken Garden) it is mandatory for all clubs, with a limit of one excused absence per year.

    Key updates include:

    • Events: Guidelines for the Passport Activity were reviewed.
    • Promo Awards, clubs must tag the ICC Instagram post more instruction coming soon. 
    • Tabling: Outside organizations cannot table (flyers from the organization is ok). On-Trial clubs get a 1/2 table, while active clubs get a full table.
