- Discuss election information session times for Fall and Winter Quarter
- Add Friday times to Election Information Session timings
- Interns suggested holding some sessions before or around noon.
- Committee decided to finalize the times soon.
- Advisors could help Admin Committee get a room for the event.
- Student Council Chambers, Conference Room A/B, Santa Cruz Room, or Don Bautista room.
- Election Kiosk Purchase Approval
- Administration Committee can reuse them,
- Administration Committee also needs banners, food to promote the election, but that is still undecided.
- Kathy asked about amount of money in Elections Account, and Dennis noted that there is $5000 in the account currently. Usually, the Administration Committee does not use much of this budget beyond food for the debate and candidate reimbursements.
- The Admin Committee did not vote on whether or not to approve the purchase.
- Info Session Prep Timeline
- Once slides are completed, Admin Committee will hold 2 dry runs and share final slides with the Senate.
