Announcements and Instructions

Mallory Newell reminded the groups to add the completed  fall ‘24 300 word summaries to the personnel request tracking sheet. The summaries from spring ‘24 have been added to the spreadsheet for future reference and reassessment. 

The summaries are important for reconciliation should any of the small group rankings are not in alignment. The small groups will meet to come to an agreement on the priority level for each position.

Another reminder, if there are any questions on the positions, go to the document, priorities, assignments, and questions. There is a tab for questions to managers. The questions will be forwarded to the department, division or area for clarification.

Small group discussions on personnel prioritizations.

The small groups went into break rooms to continue with their work. The goal was to finalize all their position reviews this week. Groups that finished their reviews met together to  reconcile their position rankings. 

The groups will complete the reconciliation process in the next meeting.
