- Maritza: Week 5 is EVERY club's deadline to submit an updated financial roster; if
any changes need to be made your club need's to submit a NEW financial roster sent
to Maritza. Changes may include:
- If an advisor already advises 2 clubs; they cannot advise more than the maximum.
- If any officer noted is NO LONGER a De Anza student.
- If an advisor can no longer advise a club anymore.
- If you are a club officer that is signed up on the financial roster for more than 2 clubs.
- Maritza: If you are not familiar with the ICC Codes please refer to the ICC Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your club is abiding by these terms. Thank you for your patience with emails as I work through them.

- Women in Business (WiB) is requesting $175 for supplies to purchase supplies for a business conference taking place on October 18, 2024. ICC reviewed and recommended the full amount in the 10/14 Agenda Meeting.
- DECA moved to approve the WIB budget request of $175.00.

- One club left their table and chairs; was not clear what club so no fine will be issued. All clubs are responsible for putting back their tables and chairs.
- We would love to see more performances from various clubs during club day; overall was a great event.
