- Maritza: I am the ICC Advisor; I work at the Office of College Life -- the same office you may have received your Student ID and Bus Passes. College Life has been going through some staff changes, please bear with us as we work through all of the transitions.
- I apologize if I have taken a while to get back to you in starting a new club, update your information etc.
- We are working on updating our process of sending out information to you all; highly recommend joining the ICC Discord to get more of your questions answered from ICC Officers. We appreciate your patience!
- If you have not already, make sure you submit an updated financial roster to me, either in person or via email. This is needed anytime there is a change with your club leadership (officers and/or advisors). Any club that doesn't submit an updated Financial Roster by the end of Week 3 will automatically get a Probation.

Business Item 1
Club Graduation Volunteer Awards
- Mock Trial, Active Minds and Metaverse will have $50 added to their club accounts for dedicating their time to help out at graduation. Congrats!
Business Item 2
WiSTEM Budget Allocation
- Last year had different clubs request funds from different events from ICC allocation. That's money that we can give to clubs if they don't have the budget for it. A club went throlugh the process and there were a few mixups so they were unable to get their funding for the last fiscal year.
- WiSTEM will be getting the allocations of 160.61 to go towards their club account. The 2,000 ICC allocation will then be $1,839.49.

- De Anza Soccer Association is requesting $45.00 for Fall ICC Club Day taking place on October 10, 2024 11am - 1pm. ICC reviewed and recommended the full amount in the 9/30 Meeting.
- Auto tech moved to approve DA Soccer Association budget request of $45.00 for the purpose of Fall ICC Club Day.
- Allison seconded the motion, no objections.
