Public Comments 

• Shiqi: HOCO is this Friday from 5:30 – 9 PM. Tell your friends to join and tell professors to promote. If you need physical fliers, find student assistants in the OCL. If you are here, I strongly recommend that you join or volunteer. Please RSVP. The form can be found on the DASG or ICC Instagram.

Advisor Announcements 

• Martiza: We need to clean and more importantly MAINTAIN the DASG lounge to be able to use it for the future. Please pickup after yourselves. Don’t leave trash or anything on the tables. We need spaces clear to do deep cleans and implement any furniture. When encouraging people to RSVP, guide them to take their photo at OCL. 
• Dayna: Come have fun at the dance or volunteer. The sign in sheet will be on discord. We have volunteer opportunities: decor, registration, and clean-up. We are looking forward to a very successful event. Outside of DASG, there are a lot of people that haven’t heard of the HOCO dance. As for Flea Market, I loved the turnout of FM interns and the marketing team. Really appreciate it.

  • T-shirt Limit: Only 50 available; volunteers should sign up quickly.

  • Status: Tasty Pizza invoice in progress. Contracts should be finalized at least three weeks before events.

  • Update: ICC is overseeing pregame activities and has requested help planning small games before the football game.
